we had an amazing stay at south beach! the room was spacious and spotless with modern decor. the restaurant staff were fantastic, always friendly and inviting. we enjoyed excellent food in the bright conservatory, especially as the sun set. the lovely gardens in the rear were a great touch too!

Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a pleasant stay.

This place suits me perfectly with its free wi-fi, helpful staff, and bar/lounge area. During my first visit, the team provided great info about the town. I highly recommend trying their in-room breakfast! I’m coming back for a holiday.

Despite these issues, the comfortable room and lovely sea view made it a pleasant experience overall.

the staff were super friendly n made us feel very welcome. our room was large n comfy, with a nice view of the garden. dinner n breakfast were both good, with plenty of choices including veg and vegan options. loved the bar service too, loads of drinks to choose from. great location close to the beach and the town where we went to a gig.

Loose tiles on the bathroom floor secured by sticky tape felt unsafe and unprofessional. the double glazing unit was fogged up, indicating it needed replacement. I struggled to enjoy the stay with these issues compounding the discomfort.
